About Senior Baseball

The Senior Baseball program consists of 13 and 14 year olds on Pony teams and 15 thru 18 year olds on Colt teams. Pony teams play on eighty-foot base paths with a reduced pitching distance while the full size diamond and 60 feet 6 inches pitching distance is first used at the Colt level. All teams are formed via an Area Wide Draft and participate in playoffs at the end of the season. Tournament teams are formed from the 13 and 14-year-old players to compete in the P.O.N.Y. (Katy Freeway) baseball program and other local tournaments.

Lighted Pony fields are located on the campus of the Spring Branch Education Center, 9016 Westview with the Colt field located at the Westchester Academy, 910 Patchester.
