Softball Try-outs

Due to the prediction of rain tonight and tomorrow, we will be canceling try-outs for 10U and 12U on Saturday, February 4th. We will be rescheduling try outs for later next week or weekend. Time and location will be posted later this weekend.

2012 Softball Registration

Registration is now open - click here to register. Registration will be from January 1st to February 3rd. Try-outs for 10U and 12U will be on February 4th.

Also, please note, 15U registration will end on January 27th and try-outs will be on January 29th.

In-person registration is Saturday January 14th from 9am to 12pm and Wednesday, January 18th from 6pm to 8pm. All in-person registration will be at the SBMSA Memorial Middle School Complex between Mac Haik and Memorial Middle on Attingham Dr.

Spring Branch Elementary Construction Progress

14U Heat Take 2nd at Southern Nationals

The 14U Houston Heat completed their Summer season with a 2nd place finish at Southern Nationals in Ridgeland, Mississippi. They would finish the Summer with (3) 1st place, (4) 2nd place and one 3rd place finish. This year's 14U Heat team was (bottom row, left to right) Audrey Hur, Jenny Drago, Kara Kennedy, Alina Erb, Sadie Swidensky, (top row, left to right) Megan Gardner, Kate Kopatic, Jennifer Brann, Halle Butler, Elizabeth Brann and Jenny Hall.

14U Heat Take First at Metro

The 14U Houston Heat would go undefeated in winnning this year's Houston Metro tournament in Katy. This is the first Houston Metro championship for a Spring Branch Memorial team. So far this year the Heat have had two 1st place, two 2nd place and one 3rd place finish in the 5 tournaments they have attended. The win at Houston Metro qualifies the Heat for Southern Nationals in Mississippi in late July.

Congratulations to the 10U SBMSA Heat team

Congratulations to the 10U SBMSA Heat team who earned 2nd place in the Houston ASA Metro Girls Softball tournament over the weekend. They played teams from Bellaire, Kingwood, Pasadena, Katy and South Houston.
